Dear Viewers,
Peace to all in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. June is National Home Safety Month (www.homesafetycouncil.org). Let's busy ourselves this month of June as we start our summer work. Work, as defined by Webster's dictionary is the effort exerted to do or make something, labor, toil, to cultivate, employment, act or deed (good works), engineering structures as bridges, and collected writings to name a few. "And take courage, all you people of the land says the Lord, and work! For I am with you, says the Lord of hosts!" (Haggai 2:4) |

Stay alert at all times when working outside. Practice safety when mowing the yard, cutting down
trees, painting the house, using ladders, making fires to burn brush, roofing house or garage,
gardening, using chemicals on weeds, using new machinery-read directions first, wearing helmets
when bike riding, wearing sun screen and mosquito/tick repellent, get your tetanus vaccination,
wearing safety glasses, using ear plugs with noisy machinery and above all wear appropriate
shoes and clothing when outside working. See health care provider when necessary.
HAPPY AND SAFE SUMMER. Corinthians 4:2 states, "The first requirement of an administrator is that he prove trustworthy" (The Work of Ministry, New American Bible). June 4th is Pentecost Sunday, June 11th is Most Holy Trinity Sunday, and June 18th is The most Holy Body and Blood of Christ Sunday. | |
