| Dear Viewers, Peace to all in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes" (Mark 9-23). During this beautiful month of June let us discover the relationship of Faith and Health. Faith to many people means belief in God, a believing system of religious convictions, trust in God, and theology. |

Health to many people means the physical,
spiritual, intellectual, vocational, social and emotional components of
a person. Health also means the state achieved when a person's mind,
body and soul works as God created them to do. Healthy practices and
habits need to be developed and practiced to reduce the risk of
illnesses and injuries. These healthy practices include prayer,
attending church/worship of your choice, see your health care provider,
healthy nutrition(food pyramid), regular exercise, controlling anger,
hand washing, forgiveness, respect of self and others, non-violence and
love, Love is a decision not a feeling. Infatuation is a feeling, not
a decision. Relationship to many people means a connection. Therefore,
faith and health are a relationship. Jesus came to earth to be an
example for us to follow and be our goal.
"Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them"(Mark 11:24). | |
