These infections are caused by invisible microorganisms. Some invisible organisms are bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeasts, and fungi. They may also be present in blood and other body fluids. These germs may get on your hands through contacts with others, and contaminated objects such as door knobs, trash cans, pets, floors to name a few. It is very important to know when to wash hands such as before eating, after using the bathroom, touching pets, before preparing foods, after blowing nose, coughing, sneezing, changing diapers, and when hands are dirty.
.
So, how do we wash our hands: 1. use warm water and lather your hands with soap: 2. rub hands together including all surfaces, such as palms, top of hands, in between fingers and around fingernails, and around thumbs and wrists for 10-20 seconds: 3. rinse hands with running water and point fingers downward so water rinses off contaminates: 4. dry hands with paper towels and turn off faucets with paper towels and open bathroom door knobs with dry paper towel, avoiding touching the sink. Happy Handwasing.
.
Don't forget to get your FLU VACCINATION.
.
Luke 1:46 states, "Then Mary said: My being proclaims the greatness of the Lord."
.
HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!
