Let's focus on what is a spiritual life. A spiritual life is a life in Christ. (Catechism of the Catholic Church
2nd Ed. 1992).
So, do we have spiritual ambitions for health of mind, body, and soul? Do we: go to church, pray, visit family and shut-ins, give to a charity of choice, pray for the dead, pray for each other, be environmentally aware, stop smoking, eat healthy, get eight hours of sleep at night, and; Are we wasteful? Are we a throwaway society? Are we able to discern our true needs? Are we truly respectful of each other? Are we raising our children to love the Lord? Maybe, the above have been included in your spiritual life,and maybe you could add to the above suggestions. Hoping all of us have a wonderful journey in our spiritual life. Mark 13:37 states, What I say to you, "I say to all: Be on guard." Don't forget to get your Flu Vaccination.
