This month is recognized as UV Safety Month and Hemochromatosis Month, plus being a hot and humid month. Let's examine midlife crisis. It is something that happens to many of us especially around the age of 40. People who experience midlife crisis have varied feelings of discontent, uncomfortable about themselves and sometimes others, bored, wanting to change their life style, fear of death, depression, anxiety, loss of appetite, and lack of motivation.
.
How does one cope during this crisis? Seek help from your health care provider, spiritual director, counselor, support of family and friends, your faith, have humor, exercise daily, and develope a prayer life.
.
John 14:18 states, "I will not leave you orphaned; I will come back to you."
