In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6).

"Spirituality is walking in the Lord" (Deuteronomy 30:15). It is the meaning, hope and purpose of Life. It is the awakening thrust that helps a person to seek direction beyond oneself. People, as research studies show, are healthier and live longer who practice spirituality. So, how does a person maintain spirituality and health of self and family? To name a few things that can be done are: prayer, attend worship services, parents praying with their children and taking their children to church with them, journaling of their family heritage, wear bike helmets, swim in safe areas, use Sun Protectant Factor (SPF) above 15, wear seat belts and drink 8 glasses of water daily. "For I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26).
.
Celebrate the Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 18th.
.
A Basic Parish Nurse Preparation Course through Viterbo University, La Crosse, WI. is being held at Saron Lutheran Church in Ashland, WI. on July 9th and 10th, and August 6 and 7th.
